TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOME, IN-ROOM, AND LATE NIGHT SPA SERVICES

  1. Booking and Confirmation
  • Advance Booking: All home, in-room, and late night service appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
  • Confirmation: A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking. Please verify all details in the confirmation.
  1. Payment
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and POS payments. – Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
  1. Service Area
  • Coverage: Home services are available within a 20 km radius of our hotel location. Additional charges may apply for locations beyond this radius.
  • Travel Fee: A travel fee may be applicable based on the distance from the hotel to the client’s location.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Space: Clients must provide a clean, quiet, and safe space for the therapist to set up and perform the services.
  • Equipment: While we provide all necessary equipment and products, clients should ensure there is adequate space and power supply if needed.
  • Health Conditions: Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the treatment.
  1. Therapist Safety
  • Environment: The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
  • Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the service with no refund.
  1. Hygiene and Sanitation
  • Equipment: All equipment and tools used are sanitized before and after each service.
  • Personal Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene. Please shower before the appointment, if necessary.
  1. Liability
  • Damage: The spa is not liable for any damage to the client’s property resulting from the provision of services.
  • Injury: The spa is not responsible for any injury or adverse reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality
  • Client Information: All client information and treatment details are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
  1. Feedback and Complaints
  • Feedback: We welcome client feedback to improve our services. Please provide feedback directly to the therapist or via our contact details.
  • Complaints: Any complaints should be directed to management within 24 hours of the service for resolution.
